Terms of Service

1. Our Services

Yscrubs provides doorstep laundry pickup, washing, drying, ironing, and delivery services in Jaipur.

Service availability may vary depending on location and operational capacity.

2. Orders & Scheduling

Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
Pickup and delivery timings are scheduled based on availability.
Minimum order quantities may apply as per current pricing plans.
Yscrubs reserves the right to reschedule services due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments

Standard pricing is ₹27 per item (minimum quantity applies).
Subscription plan is ₹799 for 30 items (minimum 10 items per pickup, as applicable).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at delivery or through approved online payment methods.

4. Garment Care & Customer Responsibility

Yscrubs handles garments with professional care and hygiene standards.
Customers must inform us about delicate fabrics, special care instructions, or existing damages before pickup.
Customers must check and remove all personal belongings from pockets before handing over garments.

Yscrubs is not responsible for:
- Damage due to hidden fabric defects
- Color bleeding, shrinkage, or wear caused by fabric quality
- Items left inside pockets

In case of proven damage due to our negligence, compensation (if applicable) will be limited to a reasonable amount based on the garment’s current market value.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled before pickup.
Once garments are picked up, cancellation is not permitted.
Refunds (if applicable) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

6. Delivery

Customers are responsible for being available at the scheduled delivery time.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, rescheduling charges may apply.

7. Refusal of Service

Yscrubs reserves the right to refuse service if:
- Garments contain hazardous materials
- Items are excessively soiled beyond normal cleaning standards
- There is inappropriate or abusive behavior toward staff

8. Limitation of Liability

Yscrubs’ total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service charges paid for the affected order.
