At Yscrubs, we want every experience to be smooth and worry-free. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
You may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time before our team departs for collection. To cancel, contact us via:

— Before pickup dispatch: Free cancellation, no charges apply.
— After pickup dispatch / en route: A cancellation fee of [₹ amount] may apply to cover travel costs.
— After garments are collected: Cancellation is not permitted once laundry has been picked up and processing has begun.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
— Order cancelled before pickup dispatch (full refund if prepaid).
— Yscrubs cancels or fails to fulfil the pickup (full refund).
— Proven damage to garments due to our negligence (partial or full refund at our discretion, capped at the service value for the affected items).
Refunds are not applicable for:
— Cancellations after garments have been collected.
— Active subscription plans where services have already begun.
— Damage caused by fabric defects, colour bleeding, or shrinkage unrelated to our process.
— Approved refunds are processed within [X] business days of confirmation.
— Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
— Bank transfer timelines may vary between [3–7 business days] depending on your bank.
1. Contact us with your order ID and reason for the refund request.
2. Our team will review the request within [1–2 business days].
3. Once approved, the refund is initiated to your original payment method.
4. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once the refund is issued.
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the plan has been activated and at least one pickup has been completed.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, it will not auto-renew at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active subscription.
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate by emailing support@yscrubs.in with subject line "Refund Dispute – [Order ID]". We aim to resolve all disputes within [5 business days].
